Establishment of China’s First “Rainforest Restoration Student Club”

In 2022, under the guidance of scientists from the Environmental Education Center of at the Xishuangbanna Tropical Botanical Garden, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Good to Nature led the creation of China’s first student club focused on rainforest restoration at Menglun Middle School, Yunnan.

On the 7th World Rainforest Day, Good to Nature, as the first official Chinese partner of World Rainforest Day, launched the Good to Rainforest Festival, a large-scale art and environmental public welfare project, from June 21 to August 22.

In September 2022, Good to Nature leveraged Mengla County’s unique rainforest resources to develop a project-based learning system with a complete commercial value chain for the Menglun Middle School Rainforest Club.
